If you wear out your body, where are you going to live?

How do you treat your body?

How could you give your body a treat?

What could you do, that you’re not doing, that would keep your body moving, flexible and strong?

How would you treat your body if you did want it to last more than 100 years?

Promote the body’s innate ability to heal itself by “keeping it moving”.
Instead of focusing on what you do not have…focus on what you do have. And, what you do have is the power to change. You can change the habits and lifestyles that may have caused your health to deteriorate and substitute healthy habits that will cause health to develop rather than diminish.

Create a new lifestyle…a new way of looking at the world…a new way of looking at your life and health.

You have created your life as it has been, up until now, unconsciously. Time to now create it the way you want it to be…consciously…by design.

 

Start doing what you love and loving what you do. And, last but not least, remember who you really, truly are.
